Recommended Dose: Cell doses per cm² of defect- 0.64 million to 3.3 million cells/cm
Recommended In: This medication is an autologous (using the patient's own cells) cellular product, prescribed for the repair of symptomatic cartilage defects of the femoral condyle.
Directions For Use: It comes as a vial, which contains approximately 12 million cells, should be inserted into the affected area.
Storage: Store it at room temperature. Do not freeze.

Side Effects: Interventions during subsequent surgical procedures- Surgical removal of cartilage lesion, scars, surgical removal of joint tissue, surgery of the cartilage, removal of a torn meniscus (common knee joint injury), microfracture, scar tissue removal, hardware removal, joint surgeries.
Most Serious - Injury complications, graft overgrowth, knee pain, cartilage injury, graft complication, meniscal lesion, graft failure, joint inflammation.
In Case of Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact a poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Avoid If: Caution should be exercised in people who are at risk of infections, children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to gentamicin.
